There is no single button, filter or setting anyone can use to automatically do this type of restoration.
You can't buy a plug-in
for PhotoShop that can do this. It takes an understanding of the entire concept of how three-dimensional objects
are represented in two-dimensional space, intuition - and a lot of work.
Here is one that was damaged by water and had lost much of it's color and clarity. The original
was 11 x 14.

Here's another photo that needed moderate restoration. General water damage and lack of color were the main problems
as well as some variation in color and value due to being stuck to the glass that was designed to protect it.
Here are before/after pics of this one.

This next one was torn, warped, wrinkled, burned and needed more contrast. It was a poster-sized print measuring
18" x 24". Here are the before/after shots.

Photo manipulations, adding color to black and white images and light retouching are also available.
Here's a final example of adding color to a black and white image. This image was colorized to have a slight reddish hue
but I removed the color and added more realistic color back in. I only did the face, hair, ribbon and background
and you can see what a big difference there is between monochrome/black and white and the color version.

Email your photo for a free estimate! Be sure the image is fairly large (up to 800 pixels in width or height is fine) and
explain exactly what you would like done.
