It is my goal that you are 100% satisfied with your commissioned portrait, artwork or other creative service such as video production, voice-over, etc. To meet my goal, I will spend the necessary time with you on the front end before I start to ensure that we are on the same page. We will go over your project in detail to make sure that we both understand the desired results. If there is anything that needs to be changed once the project has begun, it can be done (within reason). However, if for any reason you are not thrilled with the final result, I will refund your money minus the deposit. The deposit helps to cover my time and materials and it is not refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a Simmons Studios portrait or artwork, all I ask is that you return it within 14 days in the original condition and original packaging. Your satisfaction is my goal.
